Is a very long trail with tons of potential day hikes. Some are more popular then others. One visit will only wet your appetite.Try this one for starters...Round Mountain trail is a good day hike.10 miles round trip/2400 feet gain to Alpine Lookout.

Take highway 2 past Stevens Pass to the Nason Creek Rest Area. Go 0.3 miles past rest area look for driveway on left. Don't take that one you want the second left road(looks like a driveway). This is FS road 6910. Small sign easy to miss. Go 4.5 miles to road 170 then 0.2 miles on spur road 170 to signed trailhead.
