There are hundreds of miles of trails to explore. Great day hikes as well as backpacking trips if you have the time.

The mountain gets busy during the summer so be prepared for crowds. Especially on weekends and holidays. It is still a great place to visit.

At over 14,000 feet it dominates the skyline in Western Washington. It is a short drive from Seattle.
